I would like to take the opportunity to relay our thanks for the excellent service and facilities that your Hotel provided to us while in Bali.
This was our first stay in your Hotel (room 114). Previously we stayed at the Sanur Hyat.
The traditional Balinese surroundings and courteous staff has made our stay very pleasant. We will certainly love to stay there again and recommend to our friends when we next visit Bali.
