As a follow up on or conversation last week. Please find photo of the Villa
in Puri Kosala .. deluxe with pool. As you can see the pool water is so
dirty that nobody would like to swim there.. the walls full of moist and
cockroach all over + broken toilet ..

We were really disappointed and don’t understand that you don’t check the
rooms better. I have rate at Le Meredieen for US 60,00 and I could have
taken a villa in Novos Villa for US 60,00 .. which I know and which are
really good .. so for the US 105 I paid to you I got an expensive room but
it was no pleasure at all .. It was so dirty so I did not even want to eat
breakfast there . The brochure stated mini bar at the rooms but the fridge
was empty ..

Sorry Hurbert .. but this was really a waist of money ,, and I hope you can
offer me another room with big discount to cover up for this experience
