Terms and Conditions
RATES
• Special rates are valid for booking made though our websites NOT direct to the hotel
• Special  rates are including 21% tax and service charges and are quoted in US Dollars
• Room rates are per room per night
• Special package rates / super deal package are per room per package
• Sightseeing tours / spa and others are quoted per person

CANCELLATION POLICY
Normal Season
• One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• Early check out will be charged according the hotel cancellation policy.
• For cancellation penalty, and early check fees will be applied. Please refer to our reservation correspondent.

July, August and September
• One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• Early check out will be charged two nights room value

20 December - 10 January
• One night room charge for any cancellation within 45 days prior to the arrival date.
• Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Full nights room reserved will be charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
• No refund for early check out

PAYMENT PROCEDURES AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
• All confirmed reservation need to be paid by a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Amex)
• The credit card will be charged once the booking has been confirmed.
• Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card details is received and will be faxed to your fax number and to the respective hotel
• All USD payment will be converted into IDR, Indonesia Rupiah using the exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Request for REFUND Procedures
• All refund will be based on the cancellation policy per period or season.
• Once the refund has been approved, it will take up to 14 days to reach your account.
• All refund will be charged 3% from the total amount charges.
