I think that this hotel is extremely good value for money. Stayed for 12 nights, in a suite. Huge room, Comfy bed. nice sheets. Loads of pillows etc. Well manicured gardens.. 3 Pools -slightly older, but still very very good. Swim up sunken bar -cocktails and beer delicious and great price same as street restaurants... Excellent location, resort restaurant on beach front, 5 steps out of the resort gate and onto the beach, and well known Spa attached to the resort that people staying else where in Bali come to. For what we paid ($900 AUD for 12 nights) I would not hesitate to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I would like to say that this hotel was totally unacceptable. The rooms were dirty. We had a room over the bar area which played loud, live music until 2am in the morning, and when I asked to move rooms the staff were rude and unhelpful. As a travel agent I would not expect you to be recommending such a place and am disappointed that you did so. As a result we could not stay in this hotel and left the hotel after one night and booked ourselves into another hotel (the Maharta), meaning that we paid for 2 hotels for 2 nights

I would just like to suggest that the resturant area become non smoking. Also the key to the safe in the deluxe rooms need to be kepy on the premises not taken home by the manager.I had to wait from 8.00pm until 10.45 the next day to access my safe.What if I was flying at midnight?Or had a tour the next day early? The key should be given to day and night managers.
