Can I be assured by the resort, that I can be on the ground floor (due to knee operations, unable to cope with stairs) queen or king bed, and close to the beach in a delux room or 1 bedroom apartment. Hello, I am inquiring about accommodation in your hotel. I will be arriving early December 2007 and am staying with the Karen Medica group who have already previously booked during that period.
