hello staff on the 9th of january i will be arriving at your hotel with my two teenage boys and staying until the 16th of january . This is a suprise holiday for my two boys who love comming to bali. We have friends staying at your hotel by the name of Deb and Nick Ventouras. They have highly recomended to stay at your hotel. I was going to book at the Dynasty hotel but they suggested to come to your hotel. My boys and i would appreciate if you could upgrade us in a better room if possible as we were going to stay at a different hotel. We look foward to meeting all the staff and recomend that all my friends from perth to stay at your hotel.

Great Staff always helpfull, had a surfing accident at Kuta reef 2005, the staff were on the ball to organise, clean rooms handy to everthing including boats to the reef, food excellent, if you have kids and want the busy atmosphere it's there. As soon as you enter the resort you are another world away without the 5 star price tag, good security & safe
