Puri Alam Bali was lovely at a reasonable price, but we had the most miserable time with the owners. We parked our rental car there,and it was smashed up by their motorbikes and construction workers going in and out. We pointed this out politely, and they were very rude in telling us that it was already there. They made the most extravagant lies. We asked where the car would be safe and tried to repark it. It then happened again, and they lied and were almost aggressive to us. Some of the worst service Ive ever had by some of the most distasteful Balinese I have ever encountered.
