This is a mid level "luxury" hotel at best. It's in need of a renovation, as the rooms are getting old and decayed. The staff are friendly, but the hotel is not designed to pamper its guests. If you have kids, don't bother. They don't make any serious attempt to cater to families. Babysitting is a hassle (24 hours in advance) and the so-called Kids Club consists of a windowless room with an old DVD player and PS2, plus some old toys.
