Dear Made, Many thanks for your reply and to be frank I was puzzled when I saw the amount because I was almost sure you had charged the IDR amount on which we agreed. This is why I double checked with my bank and they checked and came back with another amount in IDR (see below). Since all rent-a car companies announce a 3% surcharge when paying with card, it was clear to me from where came the discrepancy. I am not surprised other clients have reported the same complaints. Mysteries of banks .... that can, unfortunately, be a serious downside to your professional attitude. I sincerely appreciate your commercial offer to refund the 16$ airport transfer that i immediately accept. Many thanks once again for your fast and commercial posture. Good situation at the southern end of Sanur beach, away from too much beach and road traffic. Rooms well laid out, appointed and comfortable. Bathroom small, certainly no luxury. Check in took a long time (over an hour), as the rooms weren't ready and we kept being told "ten minutes". Breakfast buffet style and definitely acceptable, wide choice. Gym sparse but not busy. Pools ok. Small complaint: the safe in the room locked up on departure, almost missed my flight. And of course Denpasar airport is a disgrace.
