We stayed at the Grand Bali Beach Hotel a couple of weeks ago and left after 2 days. We stayed in a garden cottage that was in need of total renovation .Broken plumbing and fittings in the bathroom. Wall lights hanging off the wall with wiring exposed . Generally grubby and dirty. Stained bed sheets. The two smaller swimming pools were unusable , being covered with black algae . The pool manager said he had a problem with the loss of chemicals due to a leak.The pools should have been closed as they were a health hazard . Amazingly management told me they they received numerous similar complaints from guests but headoffice was not prepared to spend the money to update . We chose this Hotel having stayed there 20 years ago . However we would not recommend or stay at this hotel again . We have also sent our comments and observations together with supporting photographic evidence to various toutist organisations in Perth .

We have now been three weeks in Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel, and we loved it. The room was clean and the staff was great. The garden and the pools was wonderful. Next time we go Bali, we will stay at this hotel again.
