I have stayed at this hotel 4 times &this will probably be the last needs some maitanance done .Bathrooms need a good chemical clean . The staff are just wonderful couldnt do enough for you,when i go back i will certainly go &visit the staff

I love it I have stayed twice before and I am staying again in December for xmas shopping. I would like to know if the lovely bali carpenter is still there. I have had alot of wood work done by him in the past. If he is still there can I have some of his work e-mailed over so I can take alot of orders here from Australia for when I come over. This would be fantastic. Maybe you can give him my e-mail address and he can send some photos himself. Thanks for you time. Can't wait to come over and see you all. Cheers Sherilee Piggott.

Basic hotel but great location if you like to shop. Friendly staff. Bathrooms a bit grotty.

I WASN'T OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE OR ACCOMODATION. tHE ROOMS WERE AVERAGE AND THERE WAS NO WHERE TO PUT LUGGAGE. tHE FRONT POOL WAS ALWAYS CRYSTAL CLEAR BUT THE MAIN POOL WAS ALWAYS MURKY. WE ALL HAD EAR INFECTIONS AND SO DID A NUMBER OF OTHER GUESTS. THE WATER SYSTEM WAS OUT FOR 3 DAYS WHICH WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED BY STAFF. SO WE HAD NO TOILETS OR SHOWERS. THE BARONG IS A LITTLE OVER PRICED. CAN FIND BETTER FOR SAME AMOUNT.
