Jimbaran is located in the south of Bali and is one of the most luxurious areas of Bali in terms of resorts and top end accommodation where you will find a number of excellent international top end resorts such as the Hilton and the Ritz Carlton amongst plenty of other excellent resorts that set the scene and the standard for the surrounding area. There are beachside villas as well as a number of resorts located right on this long bay and you can also find beautiful resorts and boutique villas set ups located on the headland overlooking the bay and hidden away from the rest of the area. The beach in this area is protected from all but the most powerful of swells and offers great swimming and water sports in around the bay. With all of this in mind you can enjoy relaxing outside your beach resort and walking and jogging in the morning. With all of this here in the mid range up to the top end of accommodation, you can find a number of modern villas although the majority of these villas and resorts will showcase the traditional or the mod-ethnic style.

The beautiful beach is a great place to relax as it is nothing like as crowded as other areas of the island, in Jimbaran the beach is tranquil and set in one of the most beautiful surroundings. Jimbaran bay comes alive in the evening when the Beach restaurants bring out their fresh seafood barbeque set ups located right on the sand where you can choose what you want from the tanks or off the menu and enjoy fish which has been marinated and cooked over coconut husks with Balinese spices for a very distinctive flavor which is unreal. All of this is enjoyed as the sun sets and then you will see the twinkle of the stars and the lights of the fishing boats in the distance fishing for the nest mornings catch.

Jimbaran also offers a very traditional area where there are a number of markets and plenty of interesting scenes to get involved with and shop for some interesting Balinese items and traditional foods. There are also a number of excellent restaurants located around the Jimbaran area as well as in all of the resorts and hotels which all offer incredible facilities. The spas are also extremely good in the Jimbaran area as are all of the facilities and services offered, it is possible to find mid range and some of the best spas and restaurants located all around the large Jimbaran area. Jimbaran is located very close to the air port as well as being close to the by pass which means it is very easy to explore the rest of the island or embark on tours around all of Bali's attractions and areas of interest. Jimbaran is the perfect area for a honey moon of luxury couples holiday as well as a family holiday.
