Senggigi Beach lies on the southwest coast of Lombok Island just a few kilometers from the capital city of Mataram. It is only 20 minutes drive from Matarm Airport. The beach stretches out several kilometers with the shady of coconut trees. It has a beautiful white sandy beach with gently sea breeze blowing up to the greenery hills.

Senggigi Beach is the prime tourist resort of Lombok in West Nusa Tenggara and is comprised for Mangsit Beach on the northern, Central Senggigi and Batu Bolong Beach on the southern part. Mangsit Beach is still quite and is under development comparing to other parts of the area.

Tourism has been growing as one of the local income for the island of Lombok. There are several international chain hotels and private villas located on Senggigi Beach. When driving from Mataram Airport, you will pass a four star Jayakarta Lombok Hotel, Bintang Senggigi and Graha Senggigi.
Other hotels are located in the central and on the northern part including Senggigi Beach Hotel, Sheraton Senggigi Resort, Holiday Resort Lombok, Puri Mas Hotel, and Puri Saron Hotel.
