Villa Modumbi is a charming three bedroom villa built by an Italian couple in 2003. Located down a quiet back road of Oberoi Street in Seminyak area, the Bali private villa is never far from the shopping spot, restaurants, and the beach. Villa Modumbi is about 25 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport, 10 minutes drive to Kuta and is few minutes from the famous Ku De Ta Restaurant.

Nestled on 1,000 SqM property, Villa Modumbi consists of the two storey Main Villa and Dependent Room accomplished in teak and the warm Borneo wood. The villa is great for small family holiday in Bali featuring comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities and service in a peaceful environment. The Main Villa is a two storey building featuring large master upstairs master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom each with its own bathroom, TV room, living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, spacious indoor-outdoor bathroom with tub facing the inner garden courtyard, long open verandah and the large garden with swimming pool as well as a pond bale for relaxing during the day.

The master bedroom if fitted with private rest room with wooden floors, wardrobe and study desk open up to a balcony overlooking the garden. Meanwhile, the TV room is great for entertaining every member as it is fitted with amenities such as comfortable big sofa, a flat screen TV with international channels and DVD player. The Dependant Room is located near the villa entrance featuring an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV, DVD player and safe box.
