Designed in family concept, Villa Seroja is a Bali luxury private villa combining the beauty and comfort. Lies in its distinctive and private location, Villa Seroja is hidden at the end of cul de sac of a quiet residential area about 10 minutes drive from the illustrious beach of Bali, 30 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport and is close to the famous dining venues such as Ku De Ta, Living Room and Hu’u Bar. This Bali villas is located in Umalas, just a few minutes from Seminyak to the north side.

Set within approximately 600 m2 of beautiful garden landscape, Villa Seroja has its private gate for the maximum privacy. The minimalist layout styling is combined with modern comfortable home s well as Balinese hospitality ensuring that you will enjoy the entire day of your stay. The villa boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms with red-hued hardwood floors and double sliding doors. All bedrooms feature king size beds, en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The three bedrooms are separated into a master bedroom located on the first floor and the two guest bedrooms on the second floor. 

Villa Seroja features breezy open air living area with open kitchen, dining area and terrace adjacent to the swimming pool as well as the five by fifteen meters long swimming with a spacious gazebo and sun beds surrounded by lush garden for the relaxing day. The kitchen is fitted with big refrigerator, stylish stove and everything you need for wining and dining.

The open living area can be functioned as social area where all members may gather and have a chit chat over hot coffees. The living area features sliding doors towards the terrace, garden and pool that is great venue for parents to relax while watching the kids play at the garden. Meanwhile, the second floor features large relaxation room with separate bathroom.

The villa is fitted with modern conveniences such as two big screen LCD TV with more than 60 local and international channels, DVD player and home theater, I-pod docking station with dock speakers, free 24 hours wireless internet connection and safety deposit box.
