Information:
The Sunset Residence Condotel consists of four studios, eighteen two bedroom units, nine three bedroom units, and four penthouse units. It is a grand, modern and state of the art residence ideally located within the golden triangle for quick road access to nearby Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur and capital Denpasar, all of which are very different locales all appealing for various reasons and awaiting your exploration. Ngurah Rai International airport is only twenty minutes drive away, as are the remote and wave-battered beaches of Canggu and Pererennan.

The nearby Kuta beach runs uninterrupted for over 10km from the landing strip of Ngurah Rai airport due east, all the way to the first rocky outcrops and points beyond Canggu to the west, and is world famous for its quality of surf through the dry season April - October. Kuta town itself is a frantic bustling night zone in a league of its own, but close by Seminyak caters for a slightly more up-market trendy crew, whereas Sanur beach area is quite the antithesis, offering a better set up for families and perhaps slightly more mature folk, being more slower paced and having a year round calm lagoon to swim in the currents and waves being kept offshore by the natural protecting fringing coral reef. More immediately there is a canal system that runs behind The Sunset Residence Condotel, which makes for a lesser know but splendid early morning stroll of spot of jogging.


Individual rooms at The Sunset Residence Condotel sport a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hot water, satellite television and a state of the art DVD player in case you are missing out on the latest releases back home. DVDs can be bought on the cheap at local stores on the main commercial street and then put to good use!

A clean, spacious elevator is in place for those unable or unwilling to use the stairwell.
