As it name, Tepi Sawah Villa is set surrounded by beautiful tropical garden overlooking rice terraces. This villa is designed in Balinese style with its thatch roof decorated with paintings and artifacts made by the famous artist of Ubud combined with modern facilities, friendly atmosphere, excellent service, the tranquility as well as the beautiful view in its surrounding to make your comfortable stay.

The villas are categorized into Batuan Villa, Taman Villa, Padang Tegal Villa, Peliatan Villa, Ubud Villa and Campuhan Villa. All the names are taken from the names of the villages in Ubud area.
Batuan Villas feature spacious rooms either on the first floor or the second floor. The first floor feature 2 twin bed and 2 double bed on the second floor.
The spacious rooms of Taman Villas are design in modern minimalist decorated with local artwork and Hollywood twin. It also features a studio office area complete with internet access. This additional room can be used as connected rooms or extra storage areas. Padang Tegal villas have similar facilities as Taman villas.
The spacious rooms of Peliatan Villas, Ubud Villas feature an Balinese entrance gate for your privacy. The rooms feature king size bed complete with mosquito net.
Campuhan villas are designed in Balinese style with bamboo roof feature king size bed with mosquito net, living room, dining pavilion and kitchenette. Even from the bathroom of each villa you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the rice field. The bathroom in each villa features bath tub, shower with hot and cold water. Each category also feature verandah as your private space for enjoying the beautiful view in your villa's surrounding.

The facilities provided in each room including air conditioner, satellite television, IDD telephone, internet connection, mini bar, safety box, hair dryer, bathrobe, laundry service, slippers, tea nad coffee making facilities.
