Many thanks for your reply and to be frank I was puzzled when I saw the amount because I was almost sure you had charged the IDR amount on which we agreed. This is why I double checked with my bank and they checked and came back with another amount in IDR (see below). Since all rent-a car companies announce a 3% surcharge when paying with card, it was clear to me from where came the discrepancy. I am not surprised other clients have reported the same complaints.
Mysteries of banks .... that can, unfortunately, be a serious downside to your professional attitude.
I sincerely appreciate your commercial offer to refund the 16$ airport transfer that i immediately accept.
Many thanks once again for your fast and commercial posture. We definitively look forward recommending Bali-TravelNet as often as possible .
