Villa Aya consists of 11 private villas with 24 guest rooms spreading over the lush tropical gardens. Located on the north side of Seminyak Village about 30 minutes from the airport and is a few minutes walk to the beach.  The villa offers a five star hotel services and facilities to convince the utmost comfort of the residence during the holiday. Villa Aya combines the concepts of traditional Balinese living with modern amenities. 

The villas compound are privately walled to keep personal privacy of the guest. All villas at Villa Aya are fully featured with shared swimming pool for one bedroom, private swimming pool for two and three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area, private bathroom with amenities, hot & cold water, international TV channels, individual controlled air conditioner, IDD phone, audio set, refrigerator, snack bar, free daily drinking water, hair dryer and private vehicle parking.

Two Bedroom Villa
Consisting of two bedrooms opposite each other with the swimming pool in the middle. Suitable for 4 person.

Three Bedroom Villa
Features three bedroom, two are connected and one is on the opposite. Suitable for 6 person.
